Administering global documents

➕ Add global documents

  1. At the top navigation bar locate and hover over Administration

  2. Click on Global Docs. This displays a list of the current global documents in the system

  3. Click at the bottom left of the page

  4. Enter a title for the global document

You can base this new document on an existing one, which will clone the chosen document. If desired choose an existing document from the drop-down list (optional)

5. Click the Save button

🔧 Edit global documents

  1. At the top navigation bar locate and hover over Administration

  2. Click on Global Docs. This displays a list of the current global documents in the system

  3. Click the edit next to the global document you want to edit.

In essence the global document edit view is the same as the Resolution Fault edit view

4. Apply required changes and Save

Your changes are now applied across the system wherever this global document is referred by, i.e. faults, rules and regs, assistance matrix and trains.
