Raising change request
Whilst working through diagnosis and resolution of a fault, if a user notices something that they think should be changed they can create a Change Request. Please refer to Raising a change request to find out how to do so.
Requesting for new faults
At times, users may find that a certain train class needs a new fault to be added. This is when they Request New Faults to be created. Please refer to Requesting for a new fault, to find out how to do so.
Processing change request
If a change request is raised for a fault belonging to a train, and your email is used in the train's settings (see Editing a train), you will receive an email notification about the raised change request. You can review these change requests and implement them if you deemed it necessary. Please refer to Processing change request, to learn how to do so.
