Adding a fault

How to add a fault to a tree (train class)

1. Open the fault tree edit view (1-2)

2. Select a train class (3) and service mode.

3. Select appropriate node, either category or a Standard fault (4)

4. Once a checkbox is placed against selected node, click Add (5) at the bottom options bar, a dialog will appear.

5. Supply a title (6) and fault type (7) for the fault

6. Click Save (8)

7. Tree will be refreshed and the new fault will appear.
