Requesting for a new fault

As a user if you find that there is a missing fault for a train class, you can request for that fault to be created and added.

The process of requesting new fault (refer to step 1 - 9 below)
  1. Go to Faults & Failure page by clicking on Faults & Failures button on the left side bar if you are in the homepage, or by hovering over Incident Assistance and selecting Faults & Failures from the drop down options

  2. Click located near the top right corner of the page

  3. Select the Train class for the new fault you want to request

  4. Select the Category of the fault

  5. Select the ServiceMode

  6. And finally, the Description of Suggested Changes

  7. Click Save

  8. Another dialog will pop up confirming your changes, click Close
