On a resolution fault the first step is opened for editing by default. In order to edit the steps for this resolution fault this edit step dialog will need to be closed.
The steps for the resolution are presented in a table format. The order in which they appear in this table dictates the order in which the user must complete them.
Click on the Add Step button.
Enter a title for the step (optional).
Click the Save button.
The edit step dialog will be shown.
You can either close this dialog and add another step or start to fill out the step information.
Click the Edit button next to the step you want to edit
Once you have finished, click Save
Click Save
In order to stop steps being deleted accidentally you must enter "DELETE" into the textbox
Click the Delete button
This displays the edit step dialog, you can then , , and
Click on the reorder button next to the step you want to reorder
Select the new position for the step from the dropdown list
Click the delete button next to the step you want to remove
