If a resolution fault is marked as Is Adaptive the system will dynamically reorder the steps of the resolution fault.
This is based on the frequency of any given step leading to the fault being marked as resolved. The more often an individual step leads to a resolution the higher in the order it will become.
Make sure the Is Adaptive is checked
Click Save
