Edit Keywords

Applies to: Standard Fault and Resolution Fault

Keywords are automatically saved against the fault when added or removed from either the Title Keywords or Keywords fields. Adding keywords to a fault makes searching for the faults faster and easier.

Please refer here for more information on how keywords are used to locate faults.

Info: For a fault to be found by keywords, it must be active and belong to an active train (train is active if it is displayed to user at the point of incident start).

Info: Keywords can be automatically generated from the fault title when saving the fault, if the 'auto generate' setting is turned on under Administration > Settings

Adding keyword

To add a keyword, focus on keywords input field, start typing and hit enter. You do not have to save the fault after you add a keyword.

Removing keyword

To remove a keyword, hover over cross near keyword and click it (see image below). You do not have to save the fault after you remove a keyword.

Info: If you have 'auto generate' setting turned on(in Settings), all keywords will be automatically generated and added to the fault every time you save a fault.
