Optional Action Buttons

Applies to: Standard Fault and Resolution Step

You have the option of displaying a resolved button on any standard fault or resolution step and a next button on a resolution step

Resolved Button

The Standard Fault or a Resolution Step can either show or hide the Resolved button when viewed. You can also change the default text to be displayed on this button

When the user clicks this button it will mark the incident as resolved.

Next Button (Step Only)

As resolution faults can have multiple steps, they also have a Next button in addition to a resolved button. You can choose to hide this button or edit the default button text.

When the user clicks this button it will move to the next step.

The final step in the list of resolution steps will not display a Next button regardless of Hide setting
