How to share a link to fault for testing

1. Navigate to the fault for editing.

2. Click View at the bottom buttons bar.

3. Confirm you are in training mode. The background will be green.

4. Copy the full address(link) from the address bar (it must contain incidentId parameter so that users don't create real incidents).

5. Share the link with users.

Testing

Testing is really about navigating and looking at the fault from user perspective.

Here are some tips:

• Check images and videos

• Check text for spelling errors

• Check styling (e.g. colours or font size is as desired)

• Navigate through the subtree (try to navigate to subfaults from the current fault)

• Check order of the Resolution steps

• Gather feedback from the users
