Activating / Deactivating a Fault

Applies to: Standard Fault and Resolution Fault

1. Click the active checkbox at the top of the page to toggle

2. Click Save

Info: Activating/deactivating a fault will activate/deactivate all of the associated child faults, grandchild, etc.. Deactivated faults are hidden from the user (when they select fault during incident resolution process)

Inactive faults can still be visited by sharing the fault url or via a link from an active fault
