Upload a new document
To upload a new document (e.g. PDF, xls, doc, docx) please follow steps below: 1. Click Upload Image or Video button (1) 2. Select file for uploading (e.g. a doc form, or PDF) (2) 3. Set a Title (3). Title will be used as text of the link to the file. 4. Click Upload (4).

As the file is uploaded, it will automatically add associated item in Associated Items table so that you can reference it in the body text (see next section).
Tip: Once the document uploaded, it will be available from any fault (see next section). Latest document will appear at the bottom of the list.

Add reference to a Document
1. Click Add associated object button (1). A dialog will appear.

2. Select Document for Associated Object Type (1) 3. Provide a Title (2). Title is the text of the link to the document. Users will see the Title before clicking it. 4. Select existing document (3). If document does not exist yet(check bottom of the list), you can upload a new one. 5. Click Save (4). After dialog closes, Document will appear in associated items table.

6. Click Link button (1) to insert a reference in the body text (2). 7. Click Save (3)

Edit reference to a Document
1. Click Edit (1). An edit dialog will open. 2. Update information (2). 3. Click Save associated object (3) 4. Update Title if necessary (4) 5. Click Save Fault (5)

Remove reference to a Document
To remove a Document reference in a fault please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the reference in the body text (1). You can do it by selecting the link (e.g. [L ID=61774]Updated another file[/L]
) and pressing backspace or delete keys.
2. Click Delete button for associated Document (2).
Removing a Document will only delete reference to a document.
3. Confirm removal (3) 4. Click Delete (4) 4. Click Save (5) to save body text changes.
