We have implemented the feature of attaching documents to faults to allow easy access to users. In addition, we have added the ability to embed documents directly into the page for even easier access. The width & height of the embedded element can be adjusted within the attribute when adding a fault.
The new dynamic timeline is available to toc's on request. This is a new way of visualising the current incident and seeing what events are coming up, and when they last happened. With the ability to mark when the incident unit has failed, as well as when the line of route manager is dispatched.
We have exposed the incident data via an API within TEAM, allowing 3rd party products such as Power BI to create charts from the data. More docs to come soon.
We have added a button to the bottom of the incident reporting to export the incident data in the table to an excel document.
We have introduced the capability to set up regular reports to be sent out to specific emails. Currently, this only includes a daily incident report, but we will add more at your request.
We have created visibility on failed keyword searches so that you can add more incident tags where required. You will also find a table on the right side that shows common failed searches within the last 30 days
You can now enable having change requests show on the close incident page. We hope this encourages users to fill out the description of a change request.
We have added a small table to provide data on how your resolution times have been performing over time.
